Payment Methods
Payment of registration fees must be made in EUR after completing the registration process. You may choose one of the following payment methods:

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Bank Transfer:
Information will be provided by the Registration Department.
Please ensure that the name of the participant is stated on the transaction draft.
Please note that there is €50 handling fee.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed to rosemarie@bioevents-congress.com prior to the below deadlines. Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:
- Up to 60 days prior to Conference start – Full refund less €50 handling fee
- Up to 30 days prior to Conference start – 70% refund less €50 handling fee
- Less than 30 days prior to Conference start – No refund
Discount Policy
Discounts must be applied at the time of registration. Once the registration is completed and payment is made, the pricing is final and no adjustments will be made for any discounts announced later.
